I have problem with the shopping cart, how
does it work?
We are using PayPal as
our payment provider. If you already have a PayPal account
you can pay using it, if you do not have a PayPal account
you can either sign up for one or you can pay by credit card
using their system. PayPal is perhaps the largest payment
provider in the world and is a division of eBay. We have chosen
this as our main payment method because we believe it is easy
to use, secure and private.
The commodity has including the customs
duties?
No,the all commodity do not contain the
customs duties.
If you will choose the express ship will possibly have the
customs duty.
 Where
should I measure my breasts for the sizing
chart?
Please measure your chest right over the
nipples.
All sizes seems wrong for me, what can I
do?
If the standard sizes
just do not seem to be suitable for you we can customize a
binder specifically for you.
A customization fee of $21.57 USD will be added
to the price of the base product. The standard delivery fees
applies.

Measurements you need to provide for customization:
- Neck circumference
- Chest circumference - measured right over your breasts
at the widest point.
- Waist circumference
- Stomach ¡V between waist and hip
- Breast Point width ¡V to measure the width between the
two nipples
- Breast Point position ¡V to measure the length from shoulder
to the nipple
- Shoulder width
- Front body length ¡V to measure from shoulder bone near
the neck down pass trough the nipple to the waist.
- Back body length - to measure from shoulder bone near
the neck vertically down to the waist.

then please click on the button below to add the customization
fee to the shopping cart. You also need to go to the product
page for the binder model you are buying and add that to the
shopping cart.
Customization orders require 10 ~ 30 days.

What binder will bind the most?
We think the binders with Velcro (Model
1480, Model 1300, Model 690, Model 790 and Model 490) binds
the best since they can be adjusted to your liking every day.

I have very big breasts, which binder should
I choose?
We suggest you choose one of these: Model
1700,Model 1480, Model 1300 and Model 801. Models with Velcro
are better for new users since you can better adjust the binding
effect. When first starting to use a binder it can be uncomfortable
and it is nice to be able to "let out" sometimes.
For the same reason you might want to start with a slightly
bigger binder than you normally would. See our size
chart for information about size.

How long time will shipping
take?
We ship out your products 2~5 days after we receive your order
(holidays and weekends excluded), and then you have to add
in the expected number of shipping days for which the PO has
to ship your order.
Below is a list of the expected number of shipping days for
PO for destination in different areas:
regular registered airmail:
around 5~12 days to asia
around 7~14 days to America (weekends excluded)
around 7~14 days to Europe (weekends excluded)
around 7~12 days to Oceania (weekends excluded)
Expressed mail:
around 3~6 days to Asia and Oceania (weekends excluded)
around 4~7 days to Europe, America and Canada (weekends excluded)

I have not received my
order? What to do?
We use registered postal mail. This means that when we ship
you the order we will send you a tracking number that starts
with "RR" and ends with "TW". Once the
product has reached your country you can contact your local
post office (or their website) and track your order using
that number.
Please allow 10 to 15 days for shipping. If
after 15 days you have not yet received your shipment, please
contact your local post office and ask them to track your
order using the tracking number. If they can't find it, please
contact us at post@t-kingdom.com
The binder I ordered is too small or too
large, can I exchange it?
Yes, you can exchange the product for another
size as long as the one you are sending back is in sellable
and original condition. Please send back the product to us,
and tell us what the product you want to exchange for.
(one order form only replace one time.)

1. the product you are sending
back is in sellable and original condition. The product itself,
and its package must be in the brand new condition.
2. to fill out the exchange card,
and to send it back along with your product.
3. to send back the item within
the date stamped on the exchange card.
4. to pay for the exchange fee.
To exchange one binder
costs$9.3USD,
then each extra binder costs $2.4USD

your products?

Yes, you can purchase the Express Shipping upgrade.
We still ship by postal service express mail . To purchase
